Student Representation Fee
As of January 2020, the Student Representation Fee of $2.00 can be reimbursed by filling out a Student Representation Fee Waiver , from there it can be emailed to the Cashier Office at firstname.lastname@example.org. - There is no deadline for this, however, as many Skyline College offices are not open during the pandemic please allow for an extra 2-3 weeks to see the reimbursement posted back to your account.
Student Body Fee
*ATTENTION: for the Fall 2021 semester, if you were charged with the $15 Student Body Fee and would like to have it waived, you can do so by downloading the form here and filling it out. After it has been filled out, you may send it to email@example.com for further assistance. Thank you!
- Each Student Body Fee waiver is per semester, meaning you may fill out only one per semester. You may not submit waivers for semesters that have already passed or for future semesters to come.
- To be considered for reimbursement, the form needs to be signed, dated and submitted BEFORE the last day to drop classes of the semester you want the fee waived for. For the Fall 2021 semester, the last day a waiver will be accepted is September 6, 2021.
- By filling out this form, you agree to FORFEIT your right to a Student I.D. card
