Sexual Misconduct (Title IX)

We are concerned about our students and are committed to maintaining a safe and caring college environment. Skyline College does not tolerate sexual misconduct, which includes (but is not limited to) sexual assault, sexual exploitation, stalking, cyber-stalking, bullying and cyber-bullying, and retaliation.

If you have been a victim of sexual misconduct, please get help and make a report.

Skyline College is committed to an educational environment that is free from interference and disruption and that fosters equity and mutual respect. There are several administrative processes in place for individuals who believe that they have been treated unfairly or that their rights have been violated. If you would like to report any complaint or issue, we would like to hear from you so that we can provide the optimal environment for learning and achievement at Skyline College. You are welcome to speak to staff at the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development about your concern.

Auxiliary Services issues

The Center for Student Life and Leadership Development acts as liaison to vendors contracted by the District, including Pepsi, Pacific Dining, and the Bookstore.
