How to Get Your Student Body Card

All students are eligible for a Student ID Card. You can apply for your ID card during the fall and spring semesters. ID cards are not printed during the summer term.

  1. Fill out the ID Request Form to get your student ID card
  2. The Center for Student Life will contact you if there are any issues with the information that you provided.
  3. When your ID card is ready for pick up, we will contact you using the information you provided on the form.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your ID card request to be processed.

Are you in need of an alternative form to verify your student enrollment?

This can be easily accessed by going to your WebSMART account, clicking the tab labelled STUDENT, and printing or screenshotting the page under STUDENT RECORDS. If you have an emergency in which you need a student ID, please contact skystudentlife@smccd.edu

Please note: the only required Student ID at Skyline College is your G-Number.

Do you wish to waive your Student Body Fee? You must fill out the fee waiver before the class drop date deadline. We do not waive fees past this deadline. If you have any questions, please contact us at gubatinaa@smccd.edu

You may reverse the $2 Student Representation Fee for religious, political, moral, or financial reasons by completing the Student Representation Fee Waiver form  .

Forms must be returned to the Center for Student Life and Leadership Development for processing.

*The last day to turn in these waivers is the last drop date of each semester. All forms turned in after this date will not be accepted.
