The Work Ahead

  • Understand the work already completed. Ensure 'Transfer of Knowledge' and complete the work already started
  • Study prior reviews and understand the results
  • Communicate the results from prior years to set the baseline of where we were (or are)
  • Engage in regular climate review to understand our trajectory as a campus
  • Recognize climate review as an iterative process
  • Create a strategic approach to improving our culture and climate based on results of climate reviews
