Skyline College engages in strategic planning to support fulfillment of the Mission, Vision, and Values, as captured in the Education Master Plan.   The Integrated Planning and Resource Allocation Cycle Model   illustrates the process and time-frame. A key aspect is Program Review; the Comprehensive Program Review (CPR) facilitates long range planning, and the Program Review Update (PRU) enables more nimble planning and resource allocation. In addition, long range planning is supported through topical plans, such as on technology.

The Skyline College Strategic Planning and Allocation of Resources Committee (SPARC) coordinates, integrates and communicates college-wide planning and budgeting. For more information, visit the SPARC website.
