    Terry Cunniff is an artist, educator, and visual designer. Since 2014, she has taught courses at Skyline College in Sculpture, 2D & 3D Design, Art Appreciation, History of Art, and Digital Art. Terry is a participant in the President’s Innovation Fund (PIF) Recontextualizing Project, redesigning her Sculpture I course curriculum to enhance understanding of both sustainability and equity in Art curriculum, campus culture, and broader community involvement.

    Terry has served as an Equity Coach to faculty colleagues wanting to embed equity-minded practices and critical reflection in their daily work. She earned her Master of Fine Art degree in Spatial Art from San Jose State University and Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

    Alvin Gubatina

    Alvin is an educator, community leader, foodie, spoken word artist, and aspiring coach. He was born in Madalag, Aklan but has been raised a San Franciscan for the last three decades. Alvin completed his Master's in Counseling Psychology at the University of San Francisco and Bachelor's in Communication from San Francisco State University.

    Alvin is passionate about ethnic studies, social justice, food, and leadership and community development. He aspires to one day obtain his doctorate in education and continue to develop and refine his coaching. Until then he continues to serve his community through education, food photography, and art.

    Allen holds an M.A. in Asian American Studies from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. He possesses over seven years of experience facilitating high school/college courses rooted in Ethnic Studies (Burton H.S., USF & SFSU) and over eleven years of analytical experience supporting various government/non-profit agencies throughout the Bay Area. He hopes to eventually lend his equity lens to the educational entertainment industry.

    Dr. Bianca Rowden-Quince is a passionate educator, consultant, and scholar with experience in combining instructional design, professional learning, research, mentoring, and faculty training to support student success.

    Through her work in the Center for Transformative Teaching & Learning (CTTL), Bianca’s focus at Skyline College has been working with faculty to provide instructional design services and pedagogy supports that promote the development of equitable learning experiences and implementation of antiracist practices to meet the needs of our students. She cares deeply about fostering a sense of belonging and helping students and colleagues feel seen, heard, and honored for their contributions to our community.
