Financial Aid Handbook
The Financial Aid Handbook is your student guide to information about the financial aid programs at Skyline College. Please read it carefully so you can become familiar with the process of applying for financial aid, know what programs are available, and understand what you must do to remain eligible to receive aid while completing your educational program.

FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education. For more information, please visit the FERPA website.
Financial Aid Office Policy
Students who would like to ask questions regarding their financial aid status and submitting documentation to our office, must provide their Full Name and Student Identification (G#). All documents may be submitted securely via DropBox, which must include Student’s Full Name and Student Identification Number (G#) in file name, be legible and completely filled out with appropriate wet signatures provided. If mailing documents, you must include a legible copy of a valid picture I.D. and include your name and G- Number on all documents.
