Meet the Staff
The core staff consists of master teachers with early childhood education credentials, child development backgrounds, and experience working in group care with young children. The staff also includes ECAP (Early Childhood Apprenticeship Program) teachers who are guided by the mentor teachers to learn and grow as teachers as they complete their college classes in Early Childhood. New employees are provided an orientation to guide them to understand how the program policies relate to their respective job descriptions. We may also utilize other college students in training, volunteers, parent volunteers, and support services personnel. The administrative staff consists of the Child Care Services Coordinators who oversee the child development centers.
