The core staff consists of master teachers, teachers, and associate teachers with early childhood education credentials, child development backgrounds, and experience working in group care with young children. New employees are provided an orientation to guide them to understand how the program policies relate to their respective job descriptions. Additionally, early childhood education interns, student assistants, and work-study students work under direct supervision with children. We may also utilize other college students in training, volunteers, parent volunteers, and support services personnel. The administrative staff consists of the Child Care Services Coordinators who oversee the child development centers.
