Skyline College has moved to fully online instruction and student support through the Fall 2020 semester as part of the SMCCCD's emergency response for the health and safety of the community. The programs, supports, and functions of GSP will be available to you via virtual formats including: email, ZOOM video appointments, CANVAS, and phone. We are here to support you during this time and will respond to all communications in as timely a manner as possible.

To reach the GSP staff, please call Guardian Scholars Program during this period of remote operations.

Fall 2020 Office hours — Monday through Thursday (8:00am - 4:30pm) and Fridays (8:00am-12:00pm)

The Guardian Scholars Program’s purpose is to create a network of support that will meet the academic, social, emotional, and financial needs of college-bound students who are transitioning out of the foster care system. The program is fully committed to empowering these youth to become self-supporting, conscious community leaders, role models and competent professionals in their fields of interest.

We provide a comprehensive support program to help you achieve an A.A./A.S. degree, complete a certificate program or transfer to a four-year institution.
