Thank you for your interest in presenting an EYH workshop

This conference encourages 6th - 12th grade girls to pursue careers in math and science. The conference is made up of about 25 different workshops hosted by volunteer professionals promoting various science, math or computer fields. The success of this conference depends on people like you who give of their time and talent and participate. As a workshop presenter, you will be presenting your hands-on workshop 3 times throughout the day for 20-25 girls each time on the day of the event.

1)  Want to present at EYH?

Please submit a completed Form 1 by November 1 only if you are available to present on the day of the event. The most important information we need at this time includes the names of all presenters, a title, and short description for your workshop. Please make sure that a hands-on activity makes up the bulk of the time period. You will receive a response from the EYH committee after submission.  

2)  Need supplies for your workshop?

Please keep in mind that we work within the confines of a limited budget, so please use discretion when using Form 2 to request supplies and equipment for your sessions -- submit by November 30.  If you feel comfortable doing so, please feel free to ask your employer to supplement your workshop supply cost - we are a non-profit entity, and appreciate any contribution.  Ideally, each workshop would have zero cost to EYH.
