Mail Services/Shipping and Receiving Operations in Response to COVID-19

Skyline College Mail Services has implemented the following changes until further notice:

  •  The Mail Center has temporarily relocated to Building 6, Room 6102.
  •  Hours of operations are Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  •  Daily mail and/or package deliveries are currently suspended. Departments need to pick up and drop off mail in the Mail Center.
  •  Mail can be picked up Mon-Fri between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., please contact Bookstore for access to Building 6.


Shipping and Receiving/Mail Services handles official Business mail and packages only. This includes U.S. Mail, UPS, FedEx, overnight express carriers, on-campus mail and District or Inter-Campus mail. Mail services cannot accept, pick up, or deliver personal or unofficial mail or packages.

Delivery and pickup Schedule:

Mail services delivers and picks up mail approximately 11:00am to 12:15pm. Outgoing mail is picked up concurrent with the delivery of incoming mail.

USPS Outgoing mail/packages are picked up by the USPS carrier at 12:30pm.
