The Office of the Vice President of Administrative Services works with Skyline College's project directors, faculty principal investigators (PIs),  classified professional staff, students, and grant administrators to provide grant development and management services to support innovative and meaningful programs that contribute to the College's mission and goals.

The purpose of this website is to serve as a reference guide to sponsored project management policies and procedures at each stage of a grant's funding cycle, from pre-award to post-award to close-out. The Grants Development and Management webpage includes information and resources on the following topics:

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Approval Process
  • Proposal and Budget Development
  • Post-Award Process
  • Grant Management and Compliance
  • Grant Resources

For those who may be entirely new to grant administration, this PowerPoint reviews a few key terms and concepts.
