Who is Eligible?

Any Skyline College student who is juvenile justice impacted (defined as a student who has been arrested, detained, or referred to probation as a youth up to the age of 25 years old) is eligible for Project Change.

How to Submit Your Intake Form

1. Submit your Project Change Intake Form
2. We will contact you to schedule a meeting
3. Together, we assess and identify your needs
4. You will receive a Personalized Resource Plan (PRP) that connects you directly to campus resources like Priority Registration and school supplies
