Federal Reporting
The Federal awarding agency must require the recipient to use OMB-approved government wide standard data elements for collecting information for financial and performance reports. Periodic reports are required for each Federal award. It is the responsibility of the Project Director to ensure all reports are accurate, certified and submitted in a timely manner in accordance with the federal awarding agency and OMB 2 CFR, Part 200.
Annual Performance User Manual
This March 2021 document was distributed by the US Department of Education and includes
Institutional Service reporting guidelines and policies. The Institutional Service
Annual Performance Reporting (IS APR) system is used to collect performance data from
Title III and Title V grantees for the previous academic year.
