The College uses software application Ad Astra to schedule event space and meeting rooms on campus. The following provides instructions on the process.

Events and Conference Use

Use of District facilities by College entities beyond the normal, routine operations of the College requires authorization. Please contact Annie Trinh, trinha@smccd.edu, (650)738-4431, for more information on how to plan and reserve space for College Sponsored Events.

Space Allocation

If you are in need of additional office space or continuing space on campus to fultill the program or project initiatives, please consult with the Dean of your division, grant administrator or supervisor. The College has established practices regarding space planning.
