  3. Create your JobSpeaker account as an employer.
    • Faculty & Staff should contact Career Services to have their jobs marked as on-campus.
  4. Post your open positions and start connecting with talent.

Faculty and Staff | Posting On-Campus Jobs

All on-campus employers will need to contact Career Readiness Coordinator Kalia Chavez at chavezk@smccd.edu to create an on-campus employer account on JobSpeaker.

This will allow you to mark your open roles on the job board as on-campus student jobs.

In Fall 2025, there will be a training for on-campus employers every month. Along with the trainings, there will be drop in session dates every month to aid in any further questions and navigating the platform.
