Verification of Enrollment

Current Students

For immediate access to enrollment verification:

1. Login to WebSMART
2. Click on ‘Student Services’
3. Click on ‘Student Records’
4. At the bottom, click on ‘Enrollment Verify’
5. Choose a college
6. You will be redirected to the National Student Clearinghouse website with your information
7. Choose an enrollment verification process
8. It should be automatically generated once you click a process from the list

Former Students, Employers or Third Party

For requesters without access to WebSMART:

Verification requests from former students, employers or third parties should be submitted to National Student Clearinghouse (NSC).
