If your inquiry is about your passport application status, then please visit passportstatus.state.gov or call/email the National Passport Information Center(NPIC) at  1-877-487-2778 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-874-7793) or NPIC@state.gov as only the U.S. Department of State has authority to provide an update. We do not keep any documentation onsite and all applications are mailed to the U.S. Department of State on the date of your application.
