Conference & Video Recording Room

Located in Building 5 (Room 5134), the Large Conference Room supports meetings, workshops, presentations, and collaborative work sessions. The room includes flexible seating along with integrated technology for hybrid meetings, including ceiling-mounted cameras, projection equipment, room audio speakers, and conferencing technology for both in-person and virtual participation.

CTTL Learning Space (Room 5-5134)

Small Conference room

Located in Building 5 (Room 5135), the Collaboration Space supports small meetings, consultations, planning sessions, and collaborative work for smaller groups. The room includes flexible furniture, a large display with Zoom conferencing capabilities, a whiteboard, and integrated presentation technology to support both in-person and virtual collaboration.

Video Recording Space

The Video Recording Space supports the creation of instructional videos, presentations, interviews, and other media-based projects. The space includes a large green screen backdrop, studio lighting, video recording equipment, movable presentation furniture, and a 27-inch iMac available for screen recording, audio editing, and media production workflows. Faculty may also use their own devices for recording and content creation.

Additional recording support and media assistance may be available through the Media Center for faculty who need help with video production or related media projects.

Audio Recording Booth

The Audio Recording Booth provides a quiet space for voice narration, podcast-style recordings, audio feedback, and other audio-based projects. The booth includes a dedicated recording setup with a microphone, workspace, and acoustic treatment designed to support clear and focused audio recording for instructional and media-related use.
