Pathway Scholars Program
What is Pathway Scholars?
The Pathway Scholars Program (PSP) is a completion program that offers a variety of resources and support to keep Pathway Scholars on track to earn a degree or certificate within 2 to 3 years. This program is focused on serving part-time student (enrolled in 6-11 units).
What are the benefits?
- Financial Support: Fee waivers, book vouchers of up to $750, and monthly incentives of up to $500
- Personalized Counseling: A dedicated counselor will work closely with you to support your academic, transfer, career and personal goals
- Community Events and Workshops: Group events + workshops to help you navigate our college system, prepare for your next step after Skyline, and provide a friendly “home” on campus
- Academic Support: Priority enrollment every semester + blocked courses to get you access to your preferred schedule
Who is eligible?
The Pathway Scholars Program is open to students who:
- Can commit to part-time study (6-11 units, per semester) for the duration of the program with a clear pathway identified
- Have accumulated 15-30 units
- Are seeking a degree or certificate from Skyline College and have not already earned a degree (Associates and/or Bachelors)
- are residents of California
- complete their Financial Aid Application (FAFSA or CADAA) for 2025-26.
- *Current and/or potential Promise Scholars are NOT eligible to apply
