  1. Make sure you've applied to Skyline College & have a student ID number
  2. Login to WebSMART with your student ID
  3. Click on the tab labeled 'Student Services'
  4. Select 'District Promise Program' from the list of items
  5. Click 'Apply Today!' to fill out the application
