Visit the Allensworth Exhibit at Skyline College

Allensworth_Flyer.contactCome and visit the Skyline College Library to experience the inspiring Allensworth exhibit. The historic town of Allensworth tells a story of the all-black settlement in California’s Central Valley. The exhibit is a great representation of self-determination for all Californians in the areas of education and economic development. The exhibit at Skyline College is a collaborative effort between the Bay Area CITD, the African Diaspora Program at Skyline College and the African American Museum & Library of Oakland.

The Allensworth Exhibit is currently running through January 2014 and is open to the entire campus as well as the general public on the following days:

Friday: 8am until 2pm

Saturday: 10am until 2pm
