Programs for International Students

Transfer Programs

Transfer Programs provide an opportunity for international students to complete lower division courses at a lower cost at Skyline College and transfer the earned units to a four-year university in California (University of California, California State University and private universities), or to a university in another state.

Skyline College has formed partnerships with a number of four-year universities throughout the United States to offer conditional admission to international students through our Transfer Pathway Program. These conditional admission guarantees are based on completing the specific criteria outlined in the letter. To see a complete list of universities providing guaranteed transfers, visit the University Transfer website.

An Associate Degree in Arts (AA degree) and/or an Associate Degree in Science (AS degree) will be awarded when the student successfully completes all necessary graduation requirements (60 degree applicable units/credits) with a required Grade Point Average (GPA). To see a list of associate degree programs, visit the Degrees and Certificates website.

Certificate Programs

Skyline College offers certificate programs that are designed for students who wish to enhance a specific skill area or course of study.  The number of credits required for graduation varies depending on the program. Please see the full list of Certificate Programs  .

Learning Outcomes
