Regina Stanback-Stroud. B.S. Nursing Sciences, Howard University; M.S., Human Relations, Golden Gate University; R.N. Regina taught nursing and pharmacology before entering community college administration. She has served as the Dean of Workforce and Economic Development.

Vice President, Student Services

Loretta Adrian. B. A. in Philippine Studies, University of the Philippines; M. A. in Communication Theory, University of the Pacific; Ph. D. in Education, with emphasis in Leadership, San Diego State University and Claremont Graduate University. Loretta (Lori) worked as a trainer for the U. S. Peace Corps and has over 23 years experience in almost all areas of student services. She has served as an international student advisor, dean of student affairs, interim dean of student development, and acting vice president of student services.

Robert Johnstone. Dean of Planning, Research and Institutional Effectiveness. Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Oregon, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from San Jose State, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Stanford. Most recently, Rob was a VP at Foothill College, and was formerly the college researcher at Foothill. johnstoner@smccd.edu

Dean, Business Division

Margery Meadows. B.S., University Of Wyoming; M.B.A., San Francisco State University. Prior to becoming dean of the Business Division, Margery Meadows was a professor in the Computer Applications & Office Technology Department. She enjoys working with others to provide opportunities and successful experiences for students.

Joe Morello. B.A., M.A., University of San Francisco. Prior to becoming Interim Dean of Physical Education and Athletic Director, Joe served as the Advising Coordinator in the Athletic Study Center at UC Berkeley and was a teacher, coach and administrator at the community college level for 14 years. morello@smccd.edu

Michael Williamson. A.S., North Hennepin Community College; B.S., Texas Lutheran College; M.S., San Francisco State University. I am very proud to be a member of a Division with such high quality courses and instructors. The breadth of the Division can be seen by visiting the Division website. The Division offers degree applicable courses, transfer classes, and a number of career options. A variety of Math classes are offered in both day and evening sessions. Dean, Counseling

Wallace, Rick. Dean of Counseling and Matriculation, has served as the EOPS Director at Merced College.  Prior to that, he was the Campus Director of Student Services at Alliant International University, Counselor at American River College, Dean of Counseling/Student Services at Cosumnes River College, Director of Student Development at College of the Redwoods, and Assistant Dean of Students/EOPS Director/Matriculation Coordinator at College of the Alameda. In addition, Rick also worked as a full time counselor at Santa Ana College, a part-time counselor at Chabot College, and a Transfer/Career Center Coordinator at Vista College. Rick has a B.A. in Psychology from CSU Hayward, an M.S. in Counseling from San Jose State University, and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. wallacer@smccd.edu
